RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.
- Approved returns or exchanges must be unused and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
